These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the clinic appointment booking platform operated by Peerless Polyclinic [An initiative of Peerless GJCT], available at https://app.peerlessgjct.co.in/ as well as mobile app “PARICHARYA”
By accessing this website/mobile app, creating an account, booking an appointment, making payment, or using any service, users agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services Provided
The platform enables users to:
- Search doctors, departments, specialities, and services
- View available appointment slots
- Book appointments with doctors/clinic services
- Make online payments, where applicable
- Receive appointment confirmations and notifications
- View appointment history, visit details, or prescriptions where enabled
- Submit enquiries, feedback, or reviews
The availability of specific features may vary based on system configuration and clinic policies.
3. User Eligibility
By using this platform, users confirm that:
- They are legally capable of using online services
- The information provided by them is accurate and complete
- They are booking appointments for themselves or on behalf of an authorised person
- In case of minors, the booking is made by a parent, guardian, or authorised representative
4. User Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
- Providing accurate personal and contact information
- Updating incorrect or outdated information
- Ensuring that appointment details are reviewed before confirmation
- Informing the clinic in case of unauthorised account access
The clinic shall not be responsible for losses caused due to incorrect information or unauthorised use of user credentials.
5. Appointment Booking
Appointments are subject to:
- Doctor availability
- Clinic schedule
- Slot availability at the time of booking
- Confirmation by the system or clinic staff
- Applicable consultation fees, if any
The platform displays available slots based on doctor schedules and existing bookings. However, the clinic reserves the right to reschedule, cancel, or modify appointments due to emergencies, doctor unavailability, operational issues, or unavoidable circumstances.
6. Appointment Confirmation
An appointment shall be considered confirmed only after:
- Successful submission of booking details
- Successful payment, if payment is required
- Confirmation generated by the system or clinic
Users may receive confirmation through SMS, email, WhatsApp, or other communication channels, depending on availability.
7. Consultation and Medical Disclaimer
The platform is intended for appointment management and clinic service access.
Medical advice, diagnosis, prescriptions, and treatment decisions are provided only by qualified doctors/medical professionals during consultation.
Information displayed on the website/application should not be treated as a substitute for professional medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment.
In case of medical emergency, users should immediately visit the nearest hospital/emergency care facility or contact emergency medical services.
8. Fees and Payments
Appointment/consultation fees, if applicable, will be displayed before payment or communicated by the clinic.
Online payments may be processed through authorised payment gateways such as Razorpay.
Users agree that:
- Payment must be completed using valid payment details
- The clinic is not responsible for payment failure caused by bank, card network, UPI, wallet, or payment gateway issues
- Payment confirmation is subject to successful response from the payment gateway
- Any payment dispute must be reported to the clinic with transaction details
9. Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund eligibility shall be governed by the clinic’s applicable policy.
General policy:
- Users may request cancellation or rescheduling before the appointment time, subject to clinic rules.
- Appointments already completed, checked-in, or attended may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
- If payment has been made and refund is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method or as per clinic/payment gateway process.
- Refund processing timelines may depend on the bank/payment gateway and may take a few working days.
- In case the clinic cancels an appointment due to doctor unavailability or operational reasons, the user may be offered rescheduling or refund, as applicable.
A separate Cancellation & Refund Policy page should be published on the website for Razorpay verification.
10. No Shipping / Delivery Policy
This platform is used for clinic appointment booking and related healthcare services. No physical goods are sold or shipped through this website/application unless specifically stated.
If prescriptions, reports, invoices, or appointment documents are provided, they may be made available digitally through the platform, email, WhatsApp, or clinic collection process.
A separate Shipping / Delivery Policy page may be published stating that physical shipping is not applicable for appointment booking services.
11. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Book appointments with no intention of attending
- Misuse the platform or attempt unauthorised access
- Upload harmful files, scripts, or malicious content
- Interfere with website/application functionality
- Harass doctors, staff, or other users
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes
The clinic reserves the right to suspend or restrict access for misuse or policy violations.
12. Doctor Availability
Doctor schedules and appointment slots are shown based on available information in the system.
However, availability may change due to:
- Medical emergencies
- Leave/holiday
- Operational constraints
- Delay in previous consultations
- Technical or administrative issues
The clinic will make reasonable efforts to inform users about changes, but shall not be liable for unavoidable delays or rescheduling.
13. Patient Records and Prescriptions
Where enabled, the system may allow users to view visit details, prescriptions, or appointment history.
Users acknowledge that:
- Medical records are maintained for operational and clinical purposes
- Access may be restricted based on clinic policy
- The clinic may retain medical/appointment records as required by law or internal policy
- Users should not alter or misuse prescriptions or medical documents
14. Third-Party Services
The platform may use third-party services such as:
- Payment gateways
- SMS/email/WhatsApp providers
- Video consultation tools
- Hosting or cloud service providers
The clinic is not responsible for service interruption, payment delay, or technical issues caused by third-party platforms.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peerless Polyclinic [An initiative of Peerless GJCT] shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
- Payment failures caused by third-party systems
- Incorrect information submitted by users
- Delay or non-availability of doctors due to unavoidable circumstances
- Technical downtime or service interruptions
- Any medical emergency arising outside the scope of scheduled consultation

All content, design, logos, graphics, text, software, and materials available on this website/application are the property of Peerless Polyclinic [An initiative of Peerless GJCT] or its authorised licensors.
Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written permission.
